Range of PvE Activities
This range is applied to the following alliances who can PVE within Fraternity play areas:

- Within six light years of 4-HWWF (under the umbrella).
- In Vale of the Silent, except those designated for Blades on the play area maps linked below
- In Tribute
- In Geminate

Banned Areas
No Fraternity PvE activity should take place in non-permitted areas including ratting, mining, scanning (including wormholes), exploration and other anomalies.
Escalations and agent missions are allowed - Please keep screen records when doing them.
- No capital PvE shall occur in the 4-HWWF solar system.
- No PVE in Blades of Grass space which includes: 88G-M4 constellation, FMBR-8, FH-TTC, and MQ-O27. Watch in-system for Blades of Grass structures to quickly determine if you are in an area you are not allowed to play in.
Rules Applicable in Fraternity Play Areas
- Incursions are allowed by Winter Coalition alliances in FRT space (FRT has final say on when to kill the mothership).
- Events activity is permitted throughout WinCo space unless there is an exception communicated by leadership for a particular event. Disagreements about specific event considerations should be discussed with diplos.
- Cherry picking (taking the best without clearing the site) is not allowed for any sites including ratting, mining, public moons, and data/relic sites.
- For rules specific to ratting, mining, and other PVE scenarios, see the appropriate tabs in the left-hand menu.
Fraternity University (FRT-U)
- FRT-U can play in the ZYL-FT constellation in Geminate (FRT sov). WinCo must not shoot first in that space but can defend.
- In all other Winco space (including Winco null sec space, Venal, Otsasai, Hakonen, Taisy), FRT-U is fully neutral. No SRP is paid for shooting first and docking rights are not provided.
- FRTU has docking rights in low-security areas except "Otsasai", "Hakonen", "Taisy".
- High sec docking rights are provided in FRTBM structures.
- Jump bridge path to 4-H is provided. FRT-U can buy but not sell in the 4-H market. SRP (for shooting first) is paid in 4-H and YMJG.
- FRTU corp is not responsible for members' behavior that harms the interests of WC members.
- The Alliance does not recommend killing FRTU members without reason. It recommends using communication to protect your rights while ensuring your own safety. However, if you think you have a safety risk, you can shoot and kill.
- The Alliance Management will not accept compensation requests for FRTU killed outside the activity area.
