Standing Fleet
- You must be in standing fleet and able to speak in the mumble voice channel when using capitals ships for PVE. When calling for help, you must be able to describe the situation clearly and accurately.
Feets
- Do not interrupt FC when speaking.
- If you are affecting the order of the channel, the FC has the authority to ban and kick members.
