   * Standings: Faction Warfare standings operate on a full in-group-standings model. Members of the following alliances are NOT permitted to attack each other, regardless of militia affiliation. Set standings accordingly.
      * Fraternity.
        * Fraternity Auxiliary
        * Fraternity University (not blue for play outside FW) -- set standings to remind you not to shoot when in faction warfare space.
      * Blades of Grass 
      * Siberian Squads
      * Insidious.
      * No Visual. 
      * Test Alliance Please Ignore
      * AKINA mountain family 
      * Northern Coalition
        * Memento Moriendo
      * Solyaris Chtonium
        * SLYCE Pirates
      * Pandemic Legion
        * Brack Regen
        * Corelum Syndicate
        * Olde Guarde Historical Preservation Society
        * Heavy Assets Logistics
      * Synergy of Steel
      * Banderlogs
   * Attacking a member of any of those alliances within Faction Warfare zone will be treated as an act of null-sec awoxing. This applies any time you are in the following space.  //This also applies to Fraternity University, any time you are in that space.//

   * Only in Faction warfare zone, you are permitted to attack anyone not listed above, irrespective of their militia affiliation or alliance standings. For example, you can freely attack Azure Citizen in FW areas (because Azure Citizen is not on the above list.)
   * To request inclusion or removal from this list, please contact a WC diplomat.
   * This is a summary of the permitted/not permitted attack scenarios (same coalition = on above list) 
     * Same coalition, different militia-- cannot attack 
     * Same coalition same militia -- cannot attack 
     * Different coalition, same militia -- while permitted within the rules listed here, it is expected that in a faction warfare context you do not attack unless instructed by FC's and in scenarios where it is permitted via FW mechanics. Issues of specific incidents should be raised to the FW SIG lead. 
     * Different coalition different militia -- can attack
     * Note that "cannot attack" includes repping people who are attacking, scouting for people who are attacking, cyno-ing in people who are attacking. And it includes alts of WinCo members.
   * To play FW, you will need to join a Winter Coalition FW Sig.
     * CN join WC A/M Militia SIG  (EN can optionally join this or the EN SIG).  Join this group ingame using channel “凛冬AM卫队社区 WC.FW.Community A/M “
     * Requirements to Join A/M Militia SIG:
        * 1 Your main character is less than 12 months old.
        * 2 Alternatively, you have more than 3 Strat OP PAPs per month in the last 3 months.
        * You can join the SIG by meeting either condition 1 or 2.
     * EN join “SIG Faction Warfare” in discord.
     * Requirements to Join EN SIG FACTION Warfare:
        * 1 Your main character is less than 12 months old.
        * 2 Alternatively, you have more than 3 Strat OP PAPs per month in the last 3 months.
        * You can join the SIG by meeting either condition 1 or 2.
