====== SRP ======

The Ship Replacement Program helps pilots recover from ship losses sustained in alliance fleets. The approved amount will be deposited directly to the toon that incurred the loss.  SRP is not a 100% free replacement; it's a financial aid to offset your losses. 

=== How to Apply ===
  * The SRP link will be provided near the end of the fleet or pinged on Discord.
  * Click the link to open WC Alliance Auth SRP claim.
  * Find your loss on www.zkillboard.com , copy the URL link, and paste it into the form.
  * Use the notes field for anything relevant: fit changes requested by the FC, module availability issues, or anything that helps the SRP team assess your claim.
 
=== SRP Policies ===
  * Supcap Ships: SRP is generally based on zkill loss value, deducted platinum insurance. Logi SRP will have no insurance deducted. Implants are covered only if required for a specific doctrine listed on WC Fittings.  Mindlink implants are covered as expected for link ships, even if not explicitly listed.
    * zkill loss value reflects an estimated value between Jita split and Jita sell. 
    * Loot, non-doctrine modules / drugs in cargo are deducted from the payout.
  * Capital Ships:  Capital SRP is based on the current market replacement value. A capital ping in the appropriate channel is required for SRP eligibility. 
  * Dreads: New hull + gun(s), or ISK equivalent
  * FAX: New hull + full fitting, or ISK equivalent
  * Supers/Titans: Hull replacement

=== SRP Penalties ==
  * The following penalties are cumulative:
    * 25% penalty - T1 weapons where the doctrine calls for T2
    * 25% penalty - Incorrect module(s) fitted
  * The following may result in claim rejection:
    * Non-doctrine modules fitted for killmail padding (e.g. sensor boosters), unless specifically requested. 
    * If a fitting shows multiple errors that meaningfully affect tank, intended EWAR, or overall fleet effectiveness, the SRP team reserves the right to reject the claim.

The SRP team's goal is to provide SRP, not to find reasons to reduce. 
Penalties exist to maintain fitting standards, not to gatekeep. We participate in fleets ourselves, so we understand the realities: fast reshipping, market gaps, and FC called changes. When in doubt, submit your claim and use the notes field. We'll take context into account.
 
=== 100m Max SRP fleets ===
  * A 100m Max SRP fleet is an official (led by WinCo FC) but non-doctrine fleet.  E.g. standing fleet, home defense, kitchen sink could be a 100m SRP fleet. A 100m fleet provides up to a max of 100M SRP.
  * 100m Max SRP Guidelines
    * FC must create a Fleet Ping
    * FC must mention in the SRP link that the fleet is 100m Max SRP Fleet,
    * If a doctrine fleet is pinged, doctrine SRP will be applied to that fleet. You cannot bring random ships on a doctrine fleet and expect to be covered by 100m blanket SRP
    * Standing Fleet can claim SRP of up to 100m provided the FC has made an SRP link. The SRP link can be made after the event. All ships that are used in Standing Fleet (including doctrine ships) are SRPd at a maximum of 100M. Doctrine ships should not generally be used in 100m SRP fleets.
    * SRP payments have Platinum Insurance Rates deducted, so Insure your ships.
    * 100m Max SRP does not apply to Faction Warfare fleets, Corp Specific Fleets, other closed fleets, PVE activity, or your personal cyno toon that got blapped moving your JF.
    * Faction or officer modules are covered at T2 equivalent value. Minor faction variants that are close in cost to their T2 counterpart are generally accepted, as they are often used for fitting purposes. However, high value faction or officer modules that significantly exceed the cost of their T2 equivalent are fitted at your own risk and will not be covered beyond T2 value.
