The Winter Coalition Community Forums are the coalition's platform for long-form discussion, announcement archives, and persistent reference material. Compared with Discord, QQ, and other real-time communication tools, forum posts are easier to search, reference, and preserve, so the forum is best used for recruitment posts, guides, announcements, policy discussions, service requests, market posts, and other topics that should remain available over time.

===== Access =====

  - Open [[https://forums.winterco.org/|forums.winterco.org]].
  - Sign in using your WinterCo account or the designated coalition authentication method.
  - If this is your first visit, complete the account setup prompts and allow time for forum permissions to sync.
  - If you cannot log in or cannot see the expected sections, confirm your coalition service registration is complete, then contact coalition IT support.

===== Basic Use =====

  - Search before creating a new topic to check whether the same or a related topic already exists.
  - Choose the category that best matches your topic.
  - Use a clear title and include important details such as character name, corporation, timezone, date, fleet, system, or service involved.
  - Read pinned posts, templates, and category rules before posting.
  - Keep related discussion in one topic instead of creating duplicate threads.
  - Watch or subscribe to important categories and topics if you want update notifications.

  * Do not post sensitive operational information in public or broadly visible sections.
  * Keep recruitment, market, service, and support requests in their designated categories.
