大家好，我是菲特。 由于FUXI的总监说我太咸鱼，对普通的成员造成了困扰，深表道歉。 不过也应该是给你们新地图的时候了。 由于WC内部现在要扫除军阀割据的环境，所以没有任何军团有理由独占一个星系。 如果有任何军团真的希望获得星系的单独使用权，请联系我并交钱，就是那么简单。

规则再列一遍： ●关于被租赁的星系中的异常与除虫洞外的所有信号，租户享有单独使用权，所有非被租凭星系的承租公司的成员如没有承租公司管理层的同意请不要在被租赁星系刷怪、打死亡空间与考古。 ●如果您在其他地方刷异常发生了远征并且远征出现在了被租赁的星系，您可以直接去被租赁星系打远征，如果被租赁公司的成员对你有所疑问请多沟通，多交流，并告知您在打远征并没有侵害租赁公司的权益。 ●租赁公司单独享有被其租赁的星系的矿带与矿物异常的所有权，但是如被租赁星系有冰矿，则租赁公司只享有优先权，其他任何联盟群成员在保证不干扰租赁公司的生产的情况下可以开采被租赁星系的冰矿。 ●如遇到不可调和的矛盾请找您所在的公司的管理层出面与承租公司管理员调解，禁止出现任何打蓝加的行为，如有发生，绝不姑息。

Follow with the Rental rule: ●The usufruct of all signal except wormhole belong the corp who rent this system. Please don't ratting and explore if not get the agreement from the owner. ●If you have any expedition in the system which already rent out you can go to finish the expedition directly. But if the owner have any doubts with this please told them what you do and explain for what you do. ●The usufruct of all ore site belong the corp who rent this system. But if have Ice site in system any member in Winter Coalition can mining it but don't disrupting the mining for owner. ●If any problem happen please connect the Rental manager in Discord. No shot blue any time. Never palliate if it happens.
